Great pulled pork and brisket sandwiches. The BBQ sauces are kept hot at the self serve station, so they don't make your meat cold like at other restaurants. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. The prices have increased quite a bit, but the excellent quality is the same. Update: Ordered 2 of the two meat plates in the app. One with Sliced Brisket and Kielbasa, and the other with Sliced Brisket and Pulled Pork. The meats were very good quality and tasty, but the portions were a bit small. The 2nd order came with chopped brisket and not sliced as ordered. The sides ordered were creamed spinach, green beans w/onions & bacon, and potato salad. The spinach and potato salad were very good. The green beans tasted metallic like from a can and had no bacon. We will not order green beans again. Update: Got the sliced brisket sandwich. It was very good. Update: Got the pulled pork sandwich. It was juicy and tasty

I'm baffled. Order 3 piece meat(sliced brisket, cheddar jalapeno sausage and ribs) combo with a slice of pecan pie and a corn muffin and in the picture is what I got. Called to speak with a manager and she wouldn't even provide me her name(for obvious reasons she doesn't want to be known to corporate). First off they took an hr to prepare my meal. The driver had to wait over 40 mins just to pick the order up. Then I don't even get sliced brisket it's some sort of chopped. The manager lied to me saying they can't slice it because it's so tender it falls apart....everyone knows you can slice the most tender of briskets. This wasn't sliced it was def chopped long ways. If 1 rib equals the portion of 3 ounces maybe they should change the option to singular verbage so people don't think they are getting multiple bones. Mac and cheese was cold and loaded baked potato casserole was slightly warm The corn muffin was delicious and so was the flavor of sausage, brisket(wasn't tender) and rib(best meat I got). The rib had more bone than meat. As u can see in the photo. Honestly this review wouldn't have been harsh except the lack of willingness by the "manager" to even listen to my constructive criticism.

I went here for the first time, I'm so glad I did it was amazing! I got the #6 wings combo meal, which you get your choice of a side dish fries, slaw, beans etc...and your choice of sauce on the wings. I chose buffalo and they didn't have the biggest kick but still tasty had I another shot at it I would've gone with the spicy buffalo. The fried okra was fire as well 💯 the meal comes with a soft serve cone or cup of your choice when you buy food but the machine was inconveniently down of course...also bring your own ranch unless you feel okay with the $1 charge for each serving size cup. They have their house BBQ sauces near the pop machine as well. Other then that be prepared to spend anywhere between $15-$50 or more if you're looking to cater.

Pleasantly surprised. I ate at locations in another state but wasn't impressed. ..but had a discount so we gave it a try. Glad we did. The smell of the smoke inside got us in the bbq mood and the food did not disappoint. We got a couple sandwiches(brisket&chicken and brisket&turkey) and 4 sides(okra,Mac and cheese, slaw, fries) and all were really good for chain bbq. Will definitely be coming back more often.

Ive eaten here several times and the ribs are usually good but today they were dry, but meaty tho . Mac & cheese tasted like the shells & cheese you make at home from a box. Jalapeno beans were great. Just needed a little more salt. Ive had good meals here. Just not this one. The pulled pork and brisket are yum yum. If they step up their game, I'll give a better review
